| About Jurassicamp |

Jurassicamp was created to bring our campers ages 5-10 into the wondrous world of Dinosaurs & Fossils (Paleontology). While the Jurassi-campers are learning about the many species of dinosaurs and prehistoric life, they will actually receive real fossils to keep from the periods such as dinosaur bone fragments, Trilobites, and Ammonites. These fossils will actually be found by digging in our specially designed dig boxes.
The Jurassicampers will also learn from or knowledgeable staff about these prehistoric creatures by building special dinosaur models which they get to keep. When they learn about volcanoes they will get the hands on experience of actually building an erupting volcano. To round out their Jurassic days the campers will participate in field activities, dinogames, field trips, swimming, and dinoart. The Jurassicampers will even get to hold and examine a real dinosaur egg, Mesasourus skeleton and dinosaur teeth.
Our return campers will be able to enter into our different dino-levels from the T-Rex’s to the Spinosaurus’s, so that each session will always add something new for the Jurassicampers to experience. We look forward to another exciting DINOmite summer with our future paleontologists!
